St. Louis based company

Caring for our patients is our top priority and purpose.  We treat chronic pain patients, including cancer pain, headache pain, back pain, as well as other pain syndromes.

We use the very same procedures, technology and equipment found in hospitals or ambulatory surgery centers.

Our office-based procedures equal no hospital or ambulatory surgery center fees thus

saving our patients time and money.

ABOUT US

Our pain practice started in 1982 to provide relief to back pain patients. We evolved into a full service pain management group of  physicians providing care to chronic pain patients.

Pain Management Services is a division of Western Anesthesiology Associates, Inc., the largest provider of anesthesia services in the Saint Louis area.

Patient care is important to us. Pain Management Services is the only pain management medical group practice accredited in the state of Missouri by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC)  beginning in 2010.

This is a symbol of our commitment to providing high-quality care that measures up to the AAAHC's high standards which promotes patient safety, quality and value.

In April 2021, we were accredited for yet another three years by AAAHC.  We are proud to have met the challenge of accreditation, and intend to consistently uphold the principles of quality improvement in patient care in the future.
