DR. ALLEN, M.D

Dr. Allen attended medical school at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.  He completed his residency at Wake Forest University in North Carolina, a Regional Anesthesia Fellowship at Virginia Mason Clinic in Washington and a Pain Management fellowship at Wake Forest University.  He is board certified in Anesthesiology and sub-specialty certified in Pain Management by the American Board of Anesthesiology.  He is the former Medical Director of Pain Management Services at University of  California-San Francisco.

DR. BAILEY,  M.D.

A graduate of St. Louis University School of Medicine, Dr. Bailey completed his residency at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.  Dr. Bailey is board-eligible in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology.  He completed his pain fellowship at Rush-Presbyterian Medical Center, 
Chicago, Illinois.

DR. BERRY, M.D.

 A graduate of University of Missouri-Columbia, Dr. Berry completed his residency at 
Washington University.  He is board-certified in Anesthesiology and sub-specialty certified 
in Pain Management by the American Board 
of Anesthesiology.

DR. GIBBONS, M.D.

After graduating from St. Louis University, Dr. Gibbons went on to complete his residency there.  Dr. Gibbons is board-certified in Anesthesiology and sub-specialty certified in Pain Management by the American Board of Anesthesiology.  He completed a Pain Management and Regional Anesthesia fellowship from the Mayo Clinic.

DR. JOHANS, M.D.

Dr. Johans attended medical school at the University of Missouri-Columbia.  In addition, Dr. Johans completed his residency there.  Along with a dipolomate of the American Board of Medical Acupuncture, Dr. Johans is also board-certified in Anesthesiology and sub-specialty certified in Pain Management by the American Board of Anesthesiology.

DR. PAGE, M.D.

A graduate of University of Missouri-Kansas City. Dr. Page completed his residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois and has completed a pain management fellowship from Washington University.  He is board-certified in Anesthesiology and sub-specialty certified in Pain Management by the American Board 
of Anesthesiology.  

DR. Pugh, M.D.

Dr. Pugh attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City.  She then went on to complete her residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, where she also completed a fellowship in pain medicine.  Dr. Pugh is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the Illinois Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Medical Association.

DR. SCHMIDT, M.D.

Dr. Schmidt attended medical school at St. Louis University.  Dr. Schmidt completed his residency at St. Louis University as well.  He is board-certified in Anesthesiology and sub-specialty certified in Pain Management by the American Board of Anesthesiology.

After attending the University of Missouri-Columbia, Dr. Smith completed his residency at St. Louis University.  He is board-certified in Anesthesiology and sub-specialty certified in Pain Management by the American Board of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Smith attended medical school at the University of Health Sciences and completed his residency at St. Louis University.  He is board-certified in anesthesiology and sub-specialty certified in Pain Management by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
